At our site in Germering, the R&D department is responsible for the development of new products. Our products include instruments and their accessories, as well as software. The Marketing department is responsible for marketing the products on the one hand, but on the other hand works closely together with other departments on the initial and further development of these products. The Manufacturing department sets the rhythm of our company, here is where the value added is obtained – from work planning, material planning, assembly and quality assurance to shipment of our products. Our Technical Support department provides the subsequent support for our customers. The Financial and Commercial departments as well as the Quality and Environmental Management department are important partners in the value-added process.

Our colleagues from the Human Resources department provide personal advice and help to the employees, while our colleagues from the Information Technology and Facility Management departments are responsible for the information and facility technology at our site.
