Continuous improvement and development of our processes and products are our priority. One of the main tasks of our QM department is to analyze weak points and initialize appropriate measures to correct these. The employees are responsible for implementing the quality management and taking any company-specific particularities into account. They find ways for the company or individual departments to minimize resources and optimize processes.
This requires that the QM staff works closely together with the other departments – an interesting and diverse challenge!
Internal audits help to evaluate whether company-wide processes meet the requirements and guidelines. Based on the results of the audits, ambitious goals and obligatory measures are defined to achieve permanent improvement.
